Delivery Timings

Christmas deliveries (UK only) - order before midnight on Sunday 20th December and delivery will be made on or before 24th.  Orders under 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail first class, orders over 2kg will be sent by Courier.  Please note, deliveries will be dependent on Royal Mail and the couriers meeting their expected service standards.

We deliver to all UK addresses with a Royal Mail postcode.  Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or overseas. We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days of receipt and you should receive your order within 7 working days (most orders arrive sooner than this.).  The office is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, but you can leave a message outside of these times and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.  We are closed at the weekends and Bank Holidays.  


Delivery Charges

To keep it simple, we charge a flat rate of £3.95 per delivery with no surcharges for heavier items.  Orders over £75 are delivered free of charge.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your gift.  However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a replacement or refund, provided it is returned in its original condition.   Please email us requesting a returns authorisation within 7 days and return the item within 14 days.  If you are returning an item which is unsuitable, rather than faulty or damaged, we are not able to refund the delivery charge.
